Pumpkin Alexander

It is the time of year that we feel obliged to offer you a pumpkin cocktail.  Among all the pumpkin offerings of the season we share with you today a great dessert cocktail.  A variation on the classic Brandy Alexander, the Pumpkin Alexander will take care of that pumpkin spice craving and is the perfect pour for sipping while dealing out the Halloween candy or alongside dessert this Thanksgiving.

Pumpkin Alexander

In a blender filled with 1 cup of ice add:

• 1½ Ounces Brandy
• ½ Ounce Light Crème de Cacao
• ½ Ounce Allspice Dram
• 3 Tablespoons Pumpkin Puree
• 1½ Ounces Heavy Cream
• ½ Ounce Maple Syrup

Blend till smooth and pour into a tall glass.  Lightly dust the top of the drink with pumpkin spice.
