Return Policy

Bottle Stop is committed to customer service and ensuring your happiness with the items found in our store & on our site.  In the instance of a discrepancy with your order, please communicate it to us within 15 days of receipt.  We’re happy to exchange or refund products to ensure you get what you’re looking for. 

If your wine is ‘corked’ or tainted in some way, please retain a minimum of two-thirds of the wine in the bottle, reseal it and return it for an exchange or credit towards another purchase. 

Bottle Stop, at its own discretion, reserves the right to decline a return or exchange based on, but not limited to, any of the following reasons:

• wine, liquor, or beer found unsuitable based on personal preference/taste
• wine or beer products previously chilled
• opened products or those with a damaged seal or label
• corked/tainted bottles that have been emptied to less than two-thirds
• special order products

Planning a party, large gathering or event?  Our Expert Staff can help suggest quantities for your wine, liquor & beer needs and explain in greater detail returns for such purchases. 

Returns over $100 are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
