Fall Beers & Ciders

It all started in Munich, Germany as the wedding celebration of two Royal Family's.  Two hundred years later - it's called Oktoberfest and is easily the world's greatest party centered around food & seasonally crafted Beer!  The entire international community has come to love this now two week long event featuring many great German traditions.  To the extent countries like our own have built our own customs around this amazing cultural phenomenon.   American breweries both large and small dedicate themselves to a limited time, seasonal release made as tribute to our friends in Germany.  Moreover, our love affair with Pumpkin Spice has inspired an entire sub-culture of truly unique offerings not found anywhere else but right here in the USA.  

We carry a wide assortment of seasonal beers year-round - yet it's the Fall releases which garner the most attention.  So come harvest time you know you can find everything from regional favorites like Sam Adam's Octoberfest to the local version from one of Connecticut's many great breweries!  Start at the Stop!
